Your responsibilities

  • Provide ProcessMaker support and assistance to the business unit of the bank in addressing system issues, bugs, and limitations affecting the loans and cards process.
  • Escalate reported issues on the ProcessMaker system and applications to appropriate units.
  • Conduct case investigations on Processmaker and coordinate with various business units and ITG groups to provide accurate resolution to the problem.
  • Assist and provide recommendations to businesses and operations for process improvement and ProcessMaker system enhancement.
  • Attend various System proposal meetings, Sprint, and scrum meetings.
  • Validate UAT scenarios prepared by business or operation on the requested ProcessMaker enhancement.
  • Perform ProcessMaker UAT and prepare test scripts and other documentation for process enhancements.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related degrees
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • With knowledge in testing/application of ProcessMaker
  • Preferably with basic knowledge in PHP, JQUERY, HTML, and/or SQL
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office Application
  • Highly analytical / team player/multi-tasking ability
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
