The Role
As a Sales Assistant (Loans), you will provide back-end sales support by coordinating with Operations to efficiently implement lease/loan facilities, report generation, and booking processes.
How you'll contribute
- Prepare and endorse document requirements, checklists, and related reports (Credit, NFIS, AMLA, etc.) to Operations to initiate booking and processing of loans.
- Update pipeline accounts database to monitor client bookings and requirements regularly.
- Ensure completeness of client documentary requirements by coordinating with the client, sales officer, or referring unit/channel/referrer to initiate booking and credit check.
- Ensure on-time booking by closely coordinating with the Credit and Documentation officer, SBC Credit, LOSD, and Fincon to monitor the process and account progress.
What we’re looking for
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- With knowledge or relevant experience in office administration, record-keeping, basic credit/loans processing, file management, document screening, and/or report generation
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments for information and follow-up
- Organized, keen on details, and able to check for discrepancies
