Read moreThe STAR intern deployed in our Human Resources Team will be immersed in an enhanced student workforce curriculum which will enable students to experience a well-rounded work exposure and learnings.
Learning Opportunities:
- Improve your business acumen with the different business units in the Banking Industry
- Be coached by leaders who will equip you with effective ways of working and behavioral competencies
- Develop your organizational and multi-tasking skills through day-to-day activities
- Enhance your creativity and project management skills thru process improvements and efficiency tools
- Improve your strategic thinking as you take part in strategic projects which you will build from the ground-up
- Experience our learning sessions and coaching circles specifically designed for interns
Qualifications:
- College students from any course. Preferably in their 3rd year or 4th year but any year level is welcome to apply
- Able to commit to a 3-month internship duration (Starting February or March 2025)
- Willing to be trained and be exposed in learning opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a learning mindset and open to take on tasks and special projects
- Students taking Psychology, HR Operations, Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or similar courses are welcome to apply for the internship
