Treasury Assistant (Makati City) null

The Role

As a Treasury Assistant, you are responsible in assisting the Treasury Officer in the monitoring of the group’s cash management and loans and consolidation of annual budget. The Treasury Assistant will also be responsible in the preparation and ensuring that all documents submitted to depository/creditor banks are updated.

How you'll contribute

• Ensures that all documents submitted to depository/creditor banks are updated
• Assists in monitoring loan borrowings from lender banks and prepares the documentation for the establishment/renewal of credit facilities with creditor banks
• Serves as an alternate in sending email request for the payment of principal, interest and loan roll-overs
• Serves as an alternate in monitoring of monthly expenses and disbursement of funds to ensure that they are within the approved budget and supported by relevant documents
• Assists in completion of necessary documents and details for the consolidation and timely submission of annual budget

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related field
• High numerical proficiency
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledgeable in monitoring and loans processing
