Your role
As a Sourcing Associate, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the sourcing process to ensure a continuous pool of candidates for the Bank's various rank-and-file hiring requirements. Functions may cover the following areas: sourcing and screening, scheduling of candidates for online examination and interview, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Screen and profile rank and file candidates with the existing hiring requirements.
- Facilitate scheduling of candidates for online examinations and interviews. Review and score the candidate's examination results.
- Develops and ensures an effective working relationship and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively executes assigned special projects and initiatives (i.e., School Partnership, Hiring Activity, etc.)
- Collaborates with Digital Marketing Team in creating and executing various social media and online campaigns to generate leads and attract qualified applicants

About you
- Graduate with Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the field of Management, Psychology, or related
- With at least 6 months of experience in Human Resources
- Average communication and presentation skills
- Keen and high attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
