The Role

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the sourcing process with the aim of ensuring a continuous pool of candidates for the Bank's various rank and file hiring requirements. Functions may cover the following areas: sourcing and screening, scheduling of candidates for online examination and interview, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and profile rank and file candidates with the existing hiring requirements. 
  • Facilitate scheduling of candidates for online examinations and for interviews. Review and score candidate's examination result. 
  • Develops and ensures an effective working relationship and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Effectively executes assigned special projects and initiatives (i.e., School Partnership, Hiring Activity, etc.)
  • Collaborates with Digital Marketing Team in creating and executing various social media and online campaigns to generate leads and attract qualified applicants
  • Employment Duration is for 6 months

Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the field of Management, Psychology, or related
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Average communication and presentation skills
  • Keen and high attention to detail. 
  • Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Creative and Imaginative
