The company have waste segregation, and there's water dispenser in every pantry which encourages everyone to use tumbler rather than buying water bottles. Also, in HR, we are now paperless since are main platform in recruiting is via social media platforms.

SBC created an Environmental and Social Policy Framework, overseen by Sustainability committee to create the Bank’s Environmental and Social Risk Management System (ESRMS) that was designed to identify, assess, and manage environmental and social risks associated with our banking operations. Among the environmental and social issues they are trying to address are: Climate change, Energy, Health and Safety, and Supply chain.
