We mostly work from home but during the days that we work onsite, we are given the freedom to go home early to avoid traffic.

8 hrs for rank and file w/ overtime subject to necessary pay.

Our shift starts at 8:30AM and ends at 5:30PM.

being in a wfh setup allows us to work even beyond office hours without the worry of being squished in traffic during rush hours.

I am on hybrid set-up. Work hours is justifiable on the tasks I do.

The management is not strict like micromanaging, we are flexible because we work from home and as long as we do our job done, fill vacancies on time and be there when we are needed. There's room to breathe when needed.

It's quite inflexible in the sense that there's a set time schedule (e.g., 8;30AM-5:30PM) that you have to follow. Of course, this is implemented to be in line with the whole team for easier communication.

Currently the flexibility is good and acceptable on how people work today after the pandemic. Force the company to adopt and adjust time of work. It focuses more on productivity.

Security Bank employees are measure on output so it does not really matter where you work and what time you work as long as you can deliver the tasks assigned to you

We enforce flexibility at work. Personally, I work from home 99% of the time.

I work 8 hours with 1 hour lunch break; overall 9 hours. You can work on a different shift, you just have to file it in our HRIS then get it approved. Although, you must have a justification on this. Overall, the company is not strict with the work hours; they don't require you to do OT unless it is really needed or if it was stated in the Job description when you applied.
