As long as you execute your projects and tasks you will be lined up for promotion under discretion of your superiors

Career progression is kind of slow but still rewarding

Neutral as I did not reach at this point, But whenever possible, I would be willing to partake any additional responsibility once promoted.

Unclear at this point for my level and current span of control

There's a lot of opportunites now more than ever due to growing needs for each vertical. Moving up the ranks starts from within yourself. You need to assess if you are ready for the new challenge but of course, you should have a good/excellent track record to support your promotion.

I don't clearly see the plans for me since i report directly to SVP. So it looks like my team needs to grow first before i get promoted. Let's see next year how the growth would look like.
