I woke up this time and take my coffee and play with my dog Yuki before taking a bath and leaving at 7:30 Am

7.30 AM

I make sure that I have a lot of patients due to the traffic every day going to the office, it took me 1 ½ hours to reach there.

9.00 AM

After the long traffic, I parked my car and put my bag in our locker room then I went through my emails, checked my to-do list, and ready myself for the day.

9.30 AM

We’re doing a huddle to know what the task of each staff is, giving an idea, strategies for today, and giving them a heads-up on the status occupancy for this week.

10.00 AM

Checking the whole facility to check the lights, fans, or anything that we can report to our maintenance dept.

11.00 AM

Assist all the calls and walk-in customers, and send them the quotation based on their requirements

12.30 PM

Time for lunch! My wife always gives me a special meal every day for my lunch with fruits and veggies and also for me to avoid buying anything from outside. (Family man)

2.00 PM

I discuss the project timeline with our suppliers so they know what we’re doing to make sure the report is delivered on time and we review findings from the week before and how we can address them.

3.00 PM

Mid-afternoon is a good time for us to follow-ups all the inquiries we received from yesterday and last week

5.00 PM

I have a quick catch-up with my staff to know the possible customers whom they’ve followed up with today and give them a strategy to talk to the customers for their next follow-ups

5.30 PM

I make sure all the sheets are updated and all current customers, follow customers up to date. Checking also what we’ve done today for our daily reports.

6.00 PM

Ready to go! Packed my things, take my bags, check all the plugs, electronics, and make sure everything is off

7.45 PM

I arrived at our house! Drop my bags, go straight to the bathroom for a quick shower, feed my dog and play with her, eat my dinner while we watch a movie with my kids.

8.00 PM

It’s time for bed, although I’ll probably be on my phone checking out Facebook for a good half hour and talking for an hour with my wife before I actually sleep
