- Administer and implement basic training and development programs for new hires as orientation.
- Assist in the development of activities and training materials, from workbooks, and manuals to powerpoint visuals.
- In charge of preparing progress reports of trainees and providing feedback and endorsement to team manager.
- Conduct selected refresher training to exist Sales members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience in Training / Learning and Development.
- Willing to travel to different office locations.
- Detail-oriented, Proactive, Enthusiastic and Innovative approach to work
