  • Approves service announcements into a bulk-email tool for distribution to the specific target audience
  • Coordinates with the localization team and other stakeholders to prepare translated versions of mandatory service announcements and manage related inquiries
  • Collaborate with tech writers and communication owners to determine the proper format and target audience of communications
  • Participate in tools testing and process planning to improve turnaround times and ensure accurate recipient targeting
  • Document formatted recipient lists or queries, where appropriate
  • Send Mandatory Service Announcements to appropriate customers with minimal delay
