Your role & responsibilities

• Define, develop, document, and implement repair processes and procedures
• Gather, utilize, and analyze repair process data to initiate process changes and/or improvements
• Collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams for the timely and effective resolution of customer escalations
• Proactively provide and introduce process innovation using knowledge of new and emerging technologies in the market
• Develop customized solutions to increase system yield, and cost-reduction efforts, and optimize the process to support repair operations in achieving KPIs and other business requirements including new product transfers.
• Ensure implementation of effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and preventive Actions to resolve process issues and prevent recurrence
• Generate timely reports on the status of process performance, resolution of issues/escalations, projects, and updates on other tasks as assigned
• Take ownership and accountability of the overall health of repair processes supported while ensuring compliance with established standards and customer requirements

About you

• Must be a graduate of  Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent course.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable in Statistical Process control tools
