• Has strong communication skills that can fit any platform ( Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok), media audience
• Has at least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant

Soft skills needed:

• Has strong communication skills that can flex to fit any platform (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and etc.), media, and audience. Is able to switch between communicating with customers, meeting with the team to share feedback, writing a brief to start off a project or compiling analyses to share with leadership.
• Can manage his or her time wisely from having to lead and execute plans from start to finish.
• Knowledgeable in using a social media calendar, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google docs etc.

Hard skills needed:

• Can design and create visual content both graphics and videos.
• Can read, analyze, and interpret both social media metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and business metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, etc.) Understands both types of
• metrics and can tie them together to give an overall view of the company's social media performance.

*Knowledge in Toktok operations is preferred but not required
