We are looking for an Area Operations Officer to join Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation based in our Annex Office in Makati City.

An Area Operations Officer is a member of the Sales Distribution Department who oversees the sales performance of our dealer network. You will have direct coordination to our dealer network and affiliates to streamline processes, set performance and sales target, and establish guidelines and strategies.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Toyota Motor Philippines and its dealer network. You will also be assigned to monitor the sales performance and management of vehicle unit allocation.

You will be given opportunity to explore, conceptualize and propose strategies to help achieve targets and provide quality service to our customers.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Dealer visit. (Nationwide)
  • Dealer sales and vehicle unit management.
  • Coordination for unit management and allocation.
  • Central dealer stockyard management.
  • Marketing and sales performance evaluation.
  • Dealer performance evaluation and investigation.
  • Coordinate with business partners to gather information and identify the support needed.
