Your Role 

The Franchise Development Officer is a member of the Network Planning Group that is responsible for ensuring compliance and creating franchise policies, market study, conceptualization and business development of franchise.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, market research, presentation and technical writing.

  • Creation and Improvement of Franchise-related policies
  • Establish Market Representation Roadmap
  • Manage dealer franchise agreement  
  • Development of Dealer Facility Concepts
  • Site Selection of Appointed Areas
  • Evaluate Dealer Site Proposals
  • Evaluate Dealer Franchise Applicants
  • Conduct market research and study on potential open areas
  • Formulate and implement mid- and long-term expansions for the dealer network
  • Prepare concept papers and proposals
  • Develop franchise related policies

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

  • You have a bachelors degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration major in Operations Management
  • Knowledge in corporate law is an advantage.
  • You are willing to travel on official business trips whenever needed.
  • You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures
  • You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • You can present ideas effectively and deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
  • You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time
  • You have the ability to say No to stakeholders without compromising the relationship.
