Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is accommodating students to be part of our Hybrid On-the-Job-Training program.
In this program, students will have an opportunity to be trained by our Team Members, sharing Toyota’s values, business practices, strategies, and culture. The students will also be immersed in Toyota’s operations and business processes, giving them a unique Toyota training experience in the hybrid setup.
Toyota is looking for students who are willing to be trained and be part of Toyota’s continuous improvement in providing mobility for all.
Students will be screened and evaluated based on their digital literacy, creativity, critical thinking, analysis, communication skills, etc.
