Your Role 

As a Programmer Analyst at Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll analyze business requirements, design and develop software applications, and ensure they meet organizational goals. Your role involves coding, testing, and debugging programs and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize and enhance existing systems.

  • Resolution of system-related incidents based on applicable SLAs
  • Fulfillment of system-related service requests and answering of inquiries within SLA
  • Handling and implementation of countermeasures/kaizen for recurring incidents classified as problems
  • Be involved in the implementation and management of small-medium system development projects
  • Coordinate with vendor developer
  • Coordinate with TMP stakeholders and external affiliates on TMP system support 
  • Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures; carries out agreed application maintenance tasks
  • Respond to requests for support by providing incident resolution, maintaining records, and advising relevant persons of actions to take

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering or Business Administration
  • You are an actively participating member of a team, moving the team toward the completion of goals.
  • You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
  • You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You are capable of monitoring the results of delegations, assignments or projects, considering the skills, knowledge and experience of the assigned individual and the characteristics of the assignment or project.
  • You must be willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa Laguna, Mondays to Fridays.
  • Programming and software development experience with the Microsoft Development Platform (C#, .NET, MS-SQL) - basic
  • Web Development in ASP.NET MVC and related client technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • SAP functional consultant (FICO priority, WM/MM, SD, PM)
  • Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall / Agile) and Project Management
  • Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing skill (unit testing)
  • Technical documentation
