Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Vehicle Logistics Professional to join our Logistics team based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Vehicle Logistics Professional is responsible for ensuring efficient transportation and receiving of Toyota vehicles.

In this role, you are expected to coordinate with foreign affiliates, service providers, top management, etc. to process logistics related documents, requirement, and billings. You will also conduct planning to execute multimodal transportation such as sea vessels and land transportation.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination.
• Budget monitoring and management.
• Processing of logistics related payables.
• Logistics coordination to service providers, internal stakeholders, foreign affiliates, external affiliates, etc.
• Logistics monitoring of Toyota Vehicles.

• Must have a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills, and management skills.
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work on extended hours and go on official business trips.
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You can maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as time pressure or job ambiguity).
