Minimum Qualifications:

  • Amenable to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)
  • Open for zero BPO experience as long as 4 years College Graduate
  • Completed at least 1st year in college (1st and 2nd semesters)
  • 6–18 months BPO experience is preferred but not required
  • Okay, to work on a shifting schedule / graveyard shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls or emails from customers.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files.
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
