Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months of Account BPO experience
• Must be residing in Metro Manila
• At least a senior high school graduate.
• Good and clear communication skills.
• Okay to work onsite (Kalayaan Ave., Makati)

Recruitment Process:

• HR interview via phone call
• Final interview via MS TEAMS

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls/email from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
