Your role

Create a competitive analysis scan for regular monitoring of TS’ competition that is updated quarterly (starting with GenAI competitors) (some background in tech/customer service/software sales & marketing).

About you

Requirements / Skills needed:

• Familiar with Tech, Customer Service, and SaaS business models.
• Good to have any experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Slides skills.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly, strong presentation and communication skills (both in oral and written form).
• Can interact well with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player who can build a good rapport with other colleagues.
• Graduate or 2024 graduating students in any finance and accounting-related course.
