This position will be responsible for the end to end recruitment a hiring process which includes the following:

  • Sourcing of candidates on various mediums and platform
  • Connecting to potential candidates for the talent requirements of the assigned BU accounts.
  • Screening and endorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
  • Verification of records of all candidates considered for hire
  • Conducting job offers, hiring and pre-onboarding process.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 3 years of relative experience preferably in the IT, Retail, Service or FMCG
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information.
  • Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proficient in online virtual platforms.
