Your role

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in recruiting and selecting, contact center, operational, or early-career individuals from internal and external sources
  • Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, and reviewing affirmative action goals
  • Review the candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities
  • Consult with management to recommend candidates, starting salaries
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company
  • Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
  • Receive direction from the Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of the Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, Human Resources, or compliance requirements
  • Provide information to the management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within the Recruiting and Human Resources policy

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Recruiting experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • College Graduate (4-year course)
