Create CM/DM as adjustments to Accounts Receivable related to Ecommerce accounts
Assist in identifying the billing documents generated from the manual adjustment
Assist in identifying the reference/original invoices related to the specific adjustment
Update of Ecommerce log and RMA tracker
Perform ad-hoc task related to Ecommerce transactions
Requirements
Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft programs required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Finance/Business course preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong work-ethic
Self-motivated, dependable and ability to multi-task and follow through
Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and integrity, accountability and good problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
