The Role

As a Human Resources – Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern, you will gain the opportunity to enhance your skills as you support our growing Recruitment Team in meeting the hiring needs of the different businesses.

  • Assist recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process for our Business Operations and Technology roles (e.g., candidate screening, interview scheduling, monitor completion checks)
  • Track, review and create reports dependent on the business needs
  • Create branding materials for internal communications
  • Support the implementation of our ongoing recruitment programs
  • Take part in process improvement activities and initiatives of the TA team

The Requirements

  • Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field with an excellent academic background
  • Willing to be a part of a Full-Time Internship Program for 4-6 months
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
  • A self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity in all their responsibilities
  • Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge
