My advice to people who are interested in pursuing HR and trying out my job is to be open to learning and ready for challenges.

I find it cool that I can establish working relationships with influencers! It’s thrilling to work with them, and it’s even more fun when we collaborate on our ideas together. Other than that, I love being able to build rapport with teams from other markets.

Don't be afraid to show your true, authentic self. If a company rejects you for being genuine, it simply means you're not a good fit for each other, and that's okay.

I enjoy the challenge of analyzing their financials and creating a solid credit proposal that aligns with both their goals and the bank's criteria.

Another upside of my job is that I am able to improve by immersing myself in various character and career development seminars and courses.

There’s no easy job as they say. Things can be stressful, but working wholeheartedly and being appreciated by people in and outside the network is what makes it special.
