Customer Frontline Solutions was founded in January 2008.
Previously catering to just their parent companies, CFS is now expanding its client base and serving other companies as well, given their successful track record providing tellering services to their parent companies.

Applicants must provide their CV during the application process.
They will be interviewed by one of our TA Associates handling the specific account/ position she/he is applying with personally (during the event or else thru Phone/viber call if there will be no time left during the Job fair.
Candidates will be given an online assessment thru his/her active email address, we will send the online assessment link that he/she needs to finish. Once done with the HR process, candidate will proceed with the Final Interview (either face to face or thru MS Teams).
Usually, the application process here in CFS run for at least 1-2weeks including the final Interview since we're relying with the availability of the Final interviewer. Then once candidate passed the Final Interview we now proceed with the onboarding process.
Final Interview
The interviewer will ask technical questions/ questions totally related with the Job/position. The usual Final Interviewers are Department heads, Account Officers/Account Coordinators
Salary Range for Fresh graduate/ 1-2yrs experience - Minimum to 18k.
