  • Collaborate with engineers to define features, create specifications, documentation, and solutions
  • Assists with the creation of processes and procedures needed
  • Assist in software testing to check if it meets agreed specifications
  • Understand and support in managing the deployment of the product to clients, including system configuration, training of users, handling of issues, data migration, & data entry.
  • Works closely with the Team Lead to ensure workload is clearly defined and coordinated
  • Develops a strong level of understanding of the industry markets
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • A college student enrolled in any IT program - CS, IT, IS, MIS, etc.
  • Proven ability to write detailed program specifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Articulate and can convey ideas clearly
  • Detail-oriented, organized and demonstrated good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • The minimum required number of hours must be 300 hours
