- Assists with the creation of processes and procedures needed
- Assist in software testing to check if it meets agreed specifications
- Understand and support in managing the deployment of the product to clients, including system configuration, training of users, handling of issues, data migration, & data entry.
- Works closely with the Team Lead to ensure workload is clearly defined and coordinated
- Develops a strong level of understanding of the industry markets
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- A college student enrolled in any IT program - CS, IT, IS, MIS, etc.
- Proven ability to write detailed program specifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Articulate and can convey ideas clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized and demonstrated good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- The minimum required number of hours must be 300 hours
