Company Culture and the people.
There's currently a significant amount of freedom regarding the time that comes with working with this company.
Not really worst but I guess the company can still improve the employee's benefits and allowances.
I really can't think of anything
Responsibilities are variable - can be very heavy at times.

I was recently promoted from being an HR and Admin Assistant to Finance and Admin Officer, this promotion really gave me a reason to strive more and do my best every day in my career. Edusuite always considers promotion to employees especially if they are really doing well with their job. Everyone gets what they deserve
The company culture is very collaborative. There is open communication among all the members, including management. The team members are fun to work with and we get to play games to build our teamwork more.

I am the Finance and Admin Officer, I am solely in charge of the financial process of Edusuite; monitoring of Accounts Payable and Receivables, recording of disbursements, filing of taxes, payroll, and also in charge with Office Administration.
Since we have a flat organization, communication is very accessible like we can communicate with our President directly and informally. Personally, I can say that all the leads are very good at mentoring their subordinates and it also shows during the annual evaluation.
The recruitment process are all online even before the pandemic started. this was actually the first thing that amazed me before I became a regular employee as the online process is very practical. We don't need to waste our time traveling just to attend the initial interview and etc. The process is really smooth because the HR Team is also hands-on with the candidates and approachable.
Formal training - 5 day course on spring boot fundamentals, no formal exam, just pick up whatever knowledge you can. Informal training - Practical applications of the tools being used in the project.
Absolutely flexible, this is good for errands that can only be done during regular work hours, for instance, then just make up for it during the night.
