Your role

  • Conduct quality assurance to all correspondences and other communications and their timely releases, including core system adjustments.
  • Reprocessing of Policy Pack.
  • Upload of documents to the document system facility
  • Administrative functions such as records reconciliation, and POS suspense clearing.
  • Execution of all other tasks being assigned by its immediate Manager from time to time
  • Manage efficiently all pending cases to ensure the desired customer experience is delivered to customers within target TAT.

About you

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably in a business course.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in insurance back-office operations.
  • No experience is accepted but willing to undergo training in insurance operations.
