This role is to provide operations support for recruitment. While the field-based Sales Management Team is accountable to drive agency leaders to attract and bring in the candidates, Recruitment Operations is to provide the nationwide support and enablement mechanism to ensure successful attraction, conversion, and integration to FWD.
