Your role & responsibilities

• Conduct or assist in Choosedate with FWD
• Actively look for partners or tie-ups to increase pipeline
• Help build a recruitment culture by suggesting and developing activities leading towards this
• Collaboration with other units, build a collection of best practices from the industry on recruitment program/s.

• Graduate of Business/Financial Management, Psychology, or any related course
• With a services industry background
• Good communication skills
• Self-starter
• Team player
• Highly organized and methodical
• Willing to travel
