About ING

Your role

  • Processing Request-to-Pay from request system to purchase order issuance (PeopleSoft): This includes the following tasks (not exhaustive list): Review submitted quotations, data entry and processing of orders, checking of data, filing, assisting internal business owners to support them in their needs specifications
  • Clarifying by call and by email with suppliers and internal business owners when needed
  • Ensuring that the required supplier complies with the ING requirements (Know your supplier)
  • Act as local KYS gatekeeper for HubsPH
  • Ensuring the appropriate schedules, terms, and conditions are specified on the purchase order.
  • Performing tasks and responsibilities in compliance with local policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Ensuring supplier agrees on the general terms and contracts with various suppliers, and having a clarification call if needed
  • Creating a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge: support to solve potential issues or bugs with the tool
  • General administrative duties: supplier creation for the Purchase Orders in the PeopleSoft system
  • Preparing or maintaining a report on purchases and cost analyses.
  • Providing support and advice to businesses for queries related to PO.
  • Participating in the PO team weekly catch and the weekly team meeting with Regional Procurement
