Your role

•  End-to-end processing of local vendor payment of invoices and billing statements.
•  Maintain and update trackers, including monitoring vendor invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
•  Post journal entries in a computerized accounting system for approval of the supervisor and manager.
•  Prepares relevant documents, schedules, and reconciliation for accounts payable-related processes.
•  Ensures that schedules tie up with GL balance.
•  Provides support for employee claims processing.
•  Performs other tasks that may be given from time to time by the team lead.

Training, development & rotations

There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you develop soft skills such as dealing with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques.
