Your role

• Responsible for advanced user access and password management tasks in applications, databases, active directories, file servers, and password vaults.
• Manages passwords for applications, databases, CyberArk, password vaults, and Standard and Privileged Active Directory objects based on received tickets.
• Manages access rights and password management requests in all systems managed by IBSS IAM based on received tickets.
• Manages advanced password vault tasks including safe management based on received requests.
• Solves more complex security tasks and complaints from customers and troubleshoots with asset owners, IT custodians, and other internal teams.
• Participates and coordinates international projects and knowledge transfers and trains junior team members.
• Solving escalations from junior colleagues consult complex cases with the team leader.               
• Improves internal flows and processes.
• Fulfills tasks assigned by Circle Lead and Queue Managers.
• Demonstrates ownership of problems and proactively drives resolution.
• Acts as a positive role model and as a mentor to less knowledgeable or less experienced team members.

Training, development & rotations

Leadership is the second pillar of the ING traineeship. They invest a lot of time and effort in developing your leadership skills. You receive intensive coaching from your manager and your talent manager. You can also be appointed a senior manager as your mentor. All ING trainees participate in our global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.
