About ING 

ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. Your role

  • Receiving emails/tickets via Tier 1 Mobility and resolving them if in scope
  • Attending to ING employee concerns and raising escalations to Senior Advisor/Circle Lead, if necessary
  • Working closely with IM Advisors
  • Completing additional tasks delegated by the Circle Lead
  • Assisting in the creation of WPI for IM policies and processes
  • Owning the resolution of complex queries and concerns of ING employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and value-add responses
  • Ensuring contact with local IM SPOCs and HR In-Country process teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of country-specific processes
  • Creating and managing cases in Service Now including outstanding issues and concerns
  • Participating in audit activities, if necessary, to ensure processes meet business controls requirements
  • Ensuring compliance in line with ING policies and procedures, especially when dealing with third-party vendors

Training, development & rotations

Leadership is the second pillar of the ING traineeship. They invest a lot of time and effort in developing your leadership skills. You receive intensive coaching from your manager and your talent manager. You can also be appointed a senior manager as your mentor. All ING trainees participate in our global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.

About you

  • Mapping, monitoring, and optimizing global HR processes, operations, and services together with Global HR Process owners, Service Center colleagues, and Global HR colleagues. In this role, you ensure that processes remain lean, employee-centric, and compliant
  • Initiating Immigration, Relocation, and Tax Services for ING’s International Mobility Program
  • Managing foreign locals and facilitating relocation to the hiring/receiving country
  • Sending initial communication and consent forms to foreign locals and following up in case the latter has not been signed yet
  • Driving operations in the global International Mobility space including co-designing the global International Mobility policies, processes, supporting tools, and governance in close cooperation with Community of Expertise (CoE) partners
  • Participating to identify and improve Workday processes for a globally consistent way of working for the International Mobility population. You are also expected to work on the full interfacing between the tooling of the external vendors
  • Coordinating with Recruitment and Home/Host People Services for any requirements necessary for the assignment
  • Working closely with the other expertise teams and HRBPs and supporting them with international mobility issues in line with the operating model. You ensure that stakeholders are informed and guided in dealing with any process changes. Within the other expert teams, business lines, and countries, you become a trusted advisor who can effectively help to implement the way of working with a shared services center
