- Provide support in content creation (writing and design) and other communication initiatives of the business while ensuring quality standards and branding guidelines are met
- Assist in community management and monitor the analytics of ING Hubs Philippines social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Assist in creating templates, collaterals, and designs for various internal and external communication requirements
- Support the Branding and Communications team in planning and preparations of relevant activities
Requirements and qualifications:
- Highly proficient in written and verbal English
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (design tools such as Adobe Photoshop are a plus)
- Proficient to operate independently
- Excellent in problem-solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
- Flexible and able to respond to change
- Fast learner and technologically adept
- High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Solutions - focused with a can-do attitude
