Corporate Social Responsibility at ING Hubs Philippines

Personally, I am working on a few initiatives about sustainable/green coding practices.There is also a tool where employees can track their carbon footprint and learn how to reduce them.

We manage to meet their expectations with the product or service that we provide.

Based on the posts and emails I have seen, ING is part of sustainability programs and initiatives. The company is actively participating in environmental-friendly activities.

The company actually care for the CSR initiatives and it is something that is monitored upon during mid year reviews.

The company is fairly active in participating in civic events. For instance, it has been a fairly large sponsor of the recent QC Pride.

ING is committed to a lot of CSR initiatives especially regarding the environment and sustainability through its initiatives and even official dealings with other clients and customers

I have not worked on any personally, but I heard they do have initiatives for this!

We have a sustainability goal for every year.

ING actively participates in sustainability initiatives like tree-planting and the likes as it is part of their identity as well. Moreover, there are also events wherein ING sponsors to support various noble causes.

I would say the company is active in CSR projects, especially tree planting initiatives.
