Diversity at ING Hubs Philippines

The company is very diverse and it even celebrates its diversity every time it is possible. There are organizations within the company that also provides support for women, ethnic minorities and the LGBTIQA+ community.

I respect all people, so I don't have anything to say about this.

I would say that ING is one of the most diverse companies that I have ever heard of. Just last June, ING has a month-long celebration for Pride Month. They also share stories of employees that are part of the community. As for respect, they promote this through highlighting this in the welcoming modules of the new interns/hires and through reminding the whole community of its importance.

The company is committed to maintaining inclusivity and diversity throughout the organization may it be through its initiatives, facilities, etc. There are dedicated guilds, physical infrastructure (inclusive CRs, spaces for mothers, etc).

Have different people groups such as Rainbow Lions and Lioness that provide trainings and conferences regarding topics on diversity.

ING makes sure that they are committed to it! It is also emphasized during our onboarding (that we promote diversity in the workplace).

We promote inclusion for all, and offers benefits for promotion and leaves.

The company often provides events and initiatives towards diversity and inclusivity.

There are groups supporting diversity such as Lioness PH and Rainbow Lions, supporting women and the LGBTQ+ community, respectively.

A lot of my colleagues are very open and I love that. The company shows effort in making a comfortable and open space for them to be themselves

I would say ING HUBS PH is very diverse.

We do have multiple "clubs" where it would show different interests. We have a very strong representation in terms LGBTQA+ and other matters
