Please describe the interview process and assessments.
There was one HR interview and one technical interview. Both interviewers were very skilled and professional. I also appreciate the way they handle onboarding. Everything was streamlined and hassle-free.
Graduate, Makati City - 03 Aug 2024
The interview process was good which I express myself to share what kind of person I am. The assessment was a challenging one since it is explaining the code on how I managed to get the answer right. It is a codility exam.
Graduate, Makati City - 02 Aug 2024
I had two interviews; the first one was with the HR recruiter and the second was with the hiring manager. The whole process was smooth as they have sent emails regarding the status of my application, and they also call and text through my personal phone number to ask me about my status with the application process. They are also easy to reach out through email whenever I have questions regarding the requirements and among other things.
Intern, Makati City - 30 Jul 2024
The recruitment process itself was very lengthy. There was a short period of time where I receive no updates regarding the status of my application but it still pushed thru and made up for it for the freebies for the new joiners.

Being a Graduate Trainee, the interview process consisted of a screening stage and the Orange Day, which rolled in the panel interview and case interview stages into one (onsite) day.

Since I was part of the graduate trainee program, I experienced a panel interview and mini case study with a group. All of them were done in a day and were fun especially with the implemented program for the participants

Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
During my time as an intern it was really good, but for the next batch it wasn't that great. HR was slow, and unresponsive.

We were hired based on a personal interview and a case analysis
Graduate, Makati City - 23 Jul 2024
Actively pursuing this role was one of the smoothest job applications I have ever done as compared with other companies. Email replies were swift alongside processing my documents. Moreover, assessments were thorough as it also included an onsite hire-athon which really showcased a day in the life in ING.
Graduate, Manila City - 22 Jul 2024
Initial interview was mainly getting to know about the candidate. For the final interview, there was a whole day dedicated to it where we got to meet business leaders of the company. We were interviewed by those business leaders, and we also got to interact with the Graduate Trainees and got to know more about their experience with the company and the program. There was also a business case presentation where we presented to the business leaders as well. The final interview and the business case presentation was our final step into being part of the Graduate Trainee Program.

In terms of interviews, I would say they did well. They were very objective when questioning me and there is substance to their questions.
Graduate, Taguig City - 18 Jul 2024
As a Graduate Trainee, I undergone the "Orange Day" process which allowed us to portray our skills that we have honed in university and internships. This day was very memorable and was an excellent unique way for the hiring process. 10/10 The HR hiring process was okay however the contract and bond for the training program had their training plan "Annex A" blank so we had to sign without prior knowledge of the training plan. 6/10

First would be to know your strengths, abilities, and other characteristics. This is so that you will be able to assess if you think you fit in the company and the role that will be assigned to you. Next would be to know the company well. You should know the values of ING and its tagline. You should also know the services that ING provides. Additionally, you need to look into the possible department that you will be assigned to. The recruiter will be providing you with the details of the department and the nature of the task, so you need to review that and have a basic understanding of it.
