Sustainability at ING Hubs Philippines

I have attended a few seminars, and was made aware of all the efforts prior to my hiring. I am also personally working on a few initiatives about sustainability so I can say that ING puts a lot of effort in maintaining a sustainable business

The company makes sure that the office is clean and organized.

As mentioned, the company is actively participating in environmental-friendly programs.

The company actually care for the CSR initiatives and it is something that is monitored upon during mid year reviews.

The company's Sustainability team holds out monthly sustainability initiatives (mangrove planting, shoreline trash collection) on top of year-round initiatives (carbon footprint tracking, textile donations).

The company has made a lot of moves to support its advocacy for sustainability such as reducing energy consumption, reforestation, tracking sustainability efforts of employees, etc.

We have a Sustainability Guild that work on projects. Sustainability targets are also part of our performance review.

There has been a lot of activities that helps sustainability such as tree planting, textile donations, coastal cleanup and more

It is part of our KPIs! They also have multiple initiatives towards this (e.g. tree planting, textile donation, etc.)

We do tree planting, coastal cleanup, and different sustainability practices.

There are multiple initiatives towards sustainability within the company, some of which are required to all employees working for ING.

ING actively participates in sustainability initiatives like tree-planting and the likes as it is part of their identity as well. Moreover, there are also events wherein ING sponsors to support various noble causes.

ING is high on sustainability. Each employee must commit to their own sustainable actions like donating old textile and mangrove planting to name a few.

Similar to the CSR

Sustainability is very focused in ING, there are even committees and projects for it.

In terms of our sustainability efforts, we do have an initiative and club specifically for sustainability. The effort in sustainability is concrete, precise and there are weekly meetings in terms of sustainability.
