The QA intern is responsible in supporting the administration of the CPS Quality Management Framework anchored to drive operational excellence and service satisfaction of its customers and stakeholders.

  • Assist in the preparation of list of reopened cases, breached cases, and CSAT comments for RCA
  • Assist in the collation and preparation of monthly QA reports
  • Consolidation of improvement opportunities/suggestions from CSAT comments
  • Assist in the creation of Quality Framework SharePoint Site
  • Support in the creation of presentation materials for QA trainings and refresher sessions
  • Support in the monitoring and testing of continuous improvement projects
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases and response templates
  • Support in People Pillar activities as necessary
