- Assist in the preparation of list of reopened cases, breached cases, and CSAT comments for RCA
- Assist in the collation and preparation of monthly QA reports
- Consolidation of improvement opportunities/suggestions from CSAT comments
- Assist in the creation of Quality Framework SharePoint Site
- Support in the creation of presentation materials for QA trainings and refresher sessions
- Support in the monitoring and testing of continuous improvement projects
- Support in the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases and response templates
- Support in People Pillar activities as necessary
