SUDECO's real estate projects focus on properties in Subic, Bataan, and Batangas areas. SUDECO landholdings consist of about 600 hectares of land in Morong, Bataan; located just a few kilometers outside the gate of Subic Bay Freeport Zone; and 870 hectares in Balayan, Batangas.
In 2004, SUDECO entered a joint venture agreement with the country’s leading real estate developer, Ayala Land Inc., for the development of an exclusive seaside residential community in Morong, Bataan. This is now known as Anvaya Cove. An exclusive membership-only community, Anvaya Cove is renowned for its Beach & Nature Club, Sports Club, and multi-awarded Golf Club. Its existing amenities include swimming pool complexes, a 3-km beach area, and an 18-hole golf course. Anvaya Cove offers a variety of products such as beach club shares, golf club shares, residential lots, and condominium units. SUDECO also offers house and lot packages within Anvaya Cove; as well as design & build services to Anvaya Cove homeowners.
In 2017, SUDECO opened the first-ever food park in Makati City, called Buendia Food by the Court. The novel concept of mixing a food park with a basketball court proved to be a success. From just one basketball court, the food park now boasts of having two. A year later, SUDECO then Taft Food by the Court on a larger lot, accommodating two standard courts and two half courts.
