YOUR ROLE

• Provide valuable support in carrying out day-to-day HR activities
• Maintain accuracy of employee files, and organize candidate pipeline while paper screening resumes
• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting qualifying candidates
• Manage job ad creation and posting
• Assist in HR-related data research

ABOUT YOU

• Enrolled in a university or college program at the senior level, the preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related
• MS Office or Google Suite proficiency
• Able to demonstrate a professional work ethic
• Able to maintain a flexible work schedule
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Upcoming graduates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Open to learning and constructive feedback for personal and professional growth
• Open to non-paid internship
• Can render a minimum of 250 hours in a 3-month term, with at least 4 hours of training per day 
• The internship program offers a remote setup. The minimum requirement is to have your PC/Laptop running at least on an i3 Core processor with 8GB - 16GB of RAM, and a stable internet connection.

YOUR VALUE IN THE TEAM

With the guidance and support of our HR Manager, you will be:

• Work under the supervision and guidance of the HR Manager
• Enter updates and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking Tool System)
• Maintain a good record of punctuality, attendance, and performance with the use of the Attendance and Productivity tracking sheet
• Work with integrity at all times considering the nature of the work setup
• Assist in the overall recruitment process, from interview setup to paperwork associated with the onboarding of new employees

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Techtaxi fosters a friendly and supportive work environment that empowers every staff member (regular FTE, part-time contractor, independent contractor, interns) by providing the required knowledge to assist with the projects supported for local and offshore clients. It may involve actual tasks assigned by the HR Manager allowing you to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of a corporate world setting and valuable exposure to client management.
