Recruitment Process

Our Talent Acquisition team is constantly evolving as the company continues to expand. 

We prefer to learn more about our candidates, so here's a glance at our recruitment and hiring steps:

1. Submit your latest CV through macey.ramos@techtaxiinc.com and indicate the following details:

SUBJECT TITLE: POSITION - FULL NAME - SOURCE

In the body of your email, please write a short and precise letter of intent highlighting your skills and experience relevant to the role you are applying. Please also include the following:

  • Active Mobile Number
  • Active Email Address
  • Skype ID

2. Once received, your profile will be reviewed and if shortlisted, we will send you a response with the pre-interview requirements to be fulfilled before we set up the interview.

3. If you will be applying for the Junior QA (entry-level web development) role or any IT-related regular position, we will be responding with the pre-interview requirements and shall ask you to complete the Coding Challenge Assessment before we set up the interview.

4. If you will be applying for all other internship roles or regular positions in the company, we will be responding with the pre-interview requirements and a psychometric assessment to be completed before we set up the interview.

5. During the interview process, we shall expect that all pre-interview requirements have been fulfilled. We will plot and send you the calendar invite for the interview schedule with our HR Manager. Complete and reliable work-from-home equipment setup is expected as this will also be part of the evaluation. Further instructions on how to prepare for your interview will be provided as you receive the calendar invitation.

6. In case shortlisted, we will send the confirmation via email and communicate it via Skype. 

7. Once the paperwork is prepared and signed, we will proceed with the orientation and onboarding steps.

8. Once orientation and onboarding are completed, we will proceed with endorsing you to your team and your direct reporting manager.

9. Should you qualify for the internship program in the company, we will be conducting a weekly touchpoint call/chat with you and the direct reporting manager/mentor via Skype. A performance evaluation will be conducted before the end of your internship to provide you with valuable feedback and insights regarding your performance that will help you grow as you move forward.

10. Should you qualify for the regular position in the company, a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan, and checklist will be further discussed with your manager to help and support you in your personal and career growth in achieving the objectives of the company.
