Since its birth in 1974, U-BIX has grown from a company of 20 employees into the country’s largest integrated office systems provider, generating a revenue of over P1 billion with a network of 17 branches nationwide.
U-BIX is the exclusive distributor of Konica Minolta digital production printers and multifunction machines branded as Accurio and bizhub respectively. Konica Minolta, with U-BIX Corporation as its partner in the Philippines since its inception, is committed to continuously develop products that are innovative, creative, and dynamic.
Over the years, U-BIX evolved into an integrated office system and service provider by acquiring distributorships for RISO digital duplicators and Okamura office furniture systems.
U-BIX pioneered the Free Lifetime Service Guarantee and the 2-hour Response Time Guarantee to Konica Minolta and RISO customer service calls within Metro Manila, from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. To date, U-BIX continues to uphold this commitment by which the corporate culture is built.
The company holds US franchise agreements with ServiceMaster (facilities maintenance and janitorial services), Terminix (termite and pest control products and services) and Merry Maids (home cleaning services).
In August 2007, U-BIX purchased the Kodak Imaging Center business of Kodak Philippines Limited. Its services include document and microfilm scanning, document management system, forms processing and data entry services. The business now operates under the name U-BIX Imaging Center.
